Hi there! Yes yes, I know it's been a long time since I've posted on here! But I wanted to post a bit of a.. suggestion. Vince and I are going to do something called a "Mental Fitness Challenge". It's a combination of books and cd's that focus on improving in certain areas of your life (you designate the areas by a test you take in the beginning and re take throughout the course). It's like doing a fitness program except focused on your brain instead of your body.
We subscribe to the materials from TEAM/LIFE on a monthly basis, and cannot even begin to write about the instances where the information has helped us:
Communicate better in our marriage
Communicate better with others
Deal with negativity at work
Deal with negativity in life in general
GREATLY improve our finances
Make better choices about where/how we spend our time
Improve our relationships with our families
If you hear us talk about it or we ask you to be an accountability partner, do your research and then decide if you want a better life than what you have now (Did I mention the trip to Disney, Jamaica, or the crazy cruise on Oasis of the Seas?)
